Option C: Flight via Bhairahawa (Gautam Buddha International Airport)
- Step 1: Road Transfer from Sunauli → Bhairahawa Airport
- Step 2: Flight Bhairahawa → Pokhara
- Air Distance: ~150 km
- Airlines: Buddha Air, Yeti Airlines, Saurya Airlines (1 flight/day)
- Fare: NPR 3,500 – 6,000
- Flight Duration: ~25 mins (excluding airport time)
- Step 2: Flight Bhairahawa → Pokhara
2. If delegates are entering Nepal from the south via the Raxaul (Birgunj Border) Route: Raxaul – Birgunj → Pokhara
- Distance: ~290–300 km
- Transport: Tourist/Local Buses via Narayanghat–Muglin
- Fare: NPR 1,000 – 1,600
- Travel Time: 9–12 hours
3. If delegates are entering Nepal from the east via Siliguri (Kakarvitta Border) Route: Siliguri – Kakarvitta → Pokhara

- Travel Time: 14–18 hours
4. From Kathmandu (if you land in Kathmandu by Air)
